Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No, all stated prices are exclusive of 21% VAT. VAT amounts are shown separately on your quote.

Can I order a mix of swab types for volume discount?

Yes. If you order multiple swab types, the total number of swabs counts towards the volume discount. Discuss this when requesting your quote.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders over €250 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. Below €250 we charge €12.50 shipping.

Is there a subscription model for swabs?

Yes. Via an annual delivery contract you receive swabs automatically at the desired time and benefit from the highest volume discount. Ask about the options.
